After leaving school in the 1970's Steve completed 2 apprenticeships. After many years as a 'tradie' he progressed into building supervision. Not long after his knowledge and talents in the building industry were well recognised and he became the construction manager of Adelaide's largest project home builder, responsible for the construction of over 1,000 houses per year.
In 1996 Steve obtained his Certificate IV for in Real Estate Operations, followed by his Diploma of Property Services [Agency Management].
He has extensive experience in lecturing at both the Housing Industry Association and Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
