The 1970's saw the emergence of townhouses into the building landscape of South Australia.
Usually, two storey high [but now up to three storeys] the townhouse is a self contained attached dwelling. Unlike flats, each has a separate entrance, private open space and it's own facilities.
They continued to emerge in the 1980's in suburbs like North Haven, Norwood and Inner Adelaide. They are now so popular that most suburbs in Adelaide have townhouses, especially the newer broad acre development sites like West Lakes, Northgate, Mawson Lakes, Seaford, Blakeview, Kurralta Park and Campbelltown.
We sell townhouses.
